  • Diana

    Diana DePasquale

Diana is a licensed therapist who brings heart, depth, and curiosity to the therapy space. With dual master’s degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and American Culture Studies, she helps adults navigate anxiety, grief, trauma, and the big questions of life—with a style that’s affirming, creative, and grounded.

She especially loves working with folks who feel different—whether because they’re neurodivergent, highly sensitive, or just trying to make sense of a noisy world. Diana blends CBT, mindfulness, existential philosophy, and a touch of nerdy neurobiology to help clients reconnect with their values and feel more like themselves again.

She’s also a certified End-of-Life/Death Doula, and often joined in session by her adorable French Bulldog and certified therapy dog, Reuben Sandwich (who takes his job very seriously—kind of).

  • Riley

    Riley Williams

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to go through it alone. My approach is warm, empathetic, and trauma-informed—I prioritize creating a space where you feel safe, heard, and understood. Healing isn’t a one-size-fits-all journey, so I tailor therapy to your needs, integrating humor, authenticity, and a deep commitment to meeting you where you are.

I specialize in working with teens, adults, couples, and families facing challenges like trauma, addiction, relationship struggles, and mental health concerns. I’m trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and incorporate Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills to help clients regulate emotions, break cycles of avoidance, and navigate discomfort in a way that fosters growth. My goal is to help you feel more in control of your story, with tools to manage life’s challenges in a way that aligns with your values. Your story is worth telling.

“Anything that’s human is mentionable, and anything that is mentionable can be more manageable. When we can talk about our feelings, they become less overwhelming, less upsetting, and less scary. The people we trust with that important talk can help us know that we are not alone.” — Fred Rogers

  • Mustafa

    Mustafa Ilgin III

Hi! I’m Mustafa—a licensed social worker and therapist who’s passionate about creating a space where you can feel safe, seen, and genuinely heard. Therapy with me is collaborative and affirming. We’ll explore your experiences together, build on your strengths, and develop tools that support your growth long after our work is done.

I draw from evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and psychoeducation to help you process, reflect, and move forward with purpose.

I earned my MSW from the University of Michigan and my BSW from The Ohio State University. I’ve worked with folks across the lifespan and in a variety of settings—and I especially love supporting LGBTQ+ clients and people exploring non-traditional relationship paths.

Outside of therapy, you can find me painting, writing, discovering new foods, or out walking my dog, Blinken. I’m excited to connect and support you on your journey.

  • Sam

    Samuell Carney

What We Believe

There are no bad parts of us, every part has a positive intent.

People can change.

Just learning to cope will not solve the underlying problem.

Trauma can impact you, but you are not permanently damaged.

Improving your mental health is not always about changing your behavior.

There are many kinds of romantic relationships, we are not here to judge yours.

All sexual orientations and gender identities should be embraced.

People that are neurodivergent should not have to pretend they are neurotypical.

People have an innate ability to heal themselves..

It does not matter how much a couple fights, but it does matter how often a couple repairs.

Love should never require someone to live in fear.
